以CeO2作为活性组分、TiO2作为载体,并以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出高比表面积CeO2-TiO2催化剂,通过XRD、BET、SEM和TEM对CeO2-TiO2催化剂进行表征,并研究了其在模拟燃煤烟气中Hg0的氧化性能。结果表明:当反应温度为250 ℃时,通入4% O2、0.001% HCl、0.03% NO以及0.04% SO2后,CeO2(0.4)-TiO2催化剂的Hg0氧化率最高为85%;烟气中的O2、HCl和NO均能促进CeO2(0.4)-TiO2催化剂对Hg0的氧化,当反应温度250 ℃时,通入4% O2和0.001%~0.003% HCl,Hg0氧化率稳定在98%左右,而通入4% O2和0.03% NO后,Hg0氧化率也能达到53%;在抗硫实验中,当仅通入0.04% SO2,Hg0氧化率仅有5%。当0.04% SO2中添加4% O2时,CeO2(0.4)-TiO2催化剂的Hg0氧化率提高至62%。 |

CeO2-TiO2 catalysts with high specific surface area were synthesized by sol-gel method, in which CeO2 was used as active phase, TiO2was used as carrier, cationic surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) was used as template. X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption-desorption (BET), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used for the characterization of CeO2-TiO2 catalysts, and studied the oxidation property of Hg0 in simulated coal combustion flue gas. The results showed that, when 4% O2, 0.001% HCl, 0.03% NO and 0.04%SO2 was added to the fuel gas, the Hg0 oxidation efficiency of CeO2(0.4)-TiO2 catalysts were the highest 85% at 250℃. It was also found that O2, HCl and NO could facilitate the Hg0oxidation of CeO2(0.4)-TiO2 catalysts. When the reaction temperature was 250℃, 4% O2 and 0.001%-0.003%ppm HCl was added to the fuel gas, Hg0 oxidation efficiency kept about 98%, 4% O2 and 0.03% NO was added to the fuel gas, Hg0 oxidation efficiency reached 53%. The sulfur tolerance of CeO2(0.4)-TiO2 catalysts showed that in the absence of O2, Hg0 oxidation efficiency of CeO2(0.4)-TiO2 catalysts were declined to 5% under 0.04% SO2.When adding 4% O2 in 0.04% SO2, the Hg0 oxidation efficiency of CeO2(0.4)-TiO2 catalysts improved to 62%. |
