环境中芳香胺类化合物的色谱检测方法研究进展

摘要:
芳香胺类化合物具有致癌和致突变的作用, 是环境优先控制污染物之一。芳香胺类化合物的检测方法很多,其中,色谱法具有分析速度快、 线性范围宽、 响应灵敏和检出限低的特点, 是目前检测环境中芳香胺类化合物的常用方法。对水、土壤和大气三类不同环境样品中芳香胺类化合物的色谱检测方法进行了现状分析,论述了色谱检测方法的研究进展,并对今后的研究趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:
Aromatic amines are carcinogenic and mutagenic, and are classified as one kind of priority pollutant in the environment. There are plenty of analytical techniques for the determination of aromatic amines. Chromatography techniques have the virtues of high speed, high response, wide linear range and low detection limit. At present, these methods are used commonly for the detection of aromatic amines in the environment. Recent chromatography determinations of aromatic amines in different environmental samples including water, soil and gas samples are summarized. The status of research in the field of chromatographic detection is discussed, and a forecast of the trends in future research is also presented.
